These terms govern your use of Elitetraders. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using Elitetraders, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Elitetraders, and you're responsible for providing accurate information when you register and complete identity verification.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may disable an account that violates these terms or applicable law.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance — whether from a managed strategy or a copied trader — does not guarantee future results.
Nothing on Elitetraders is financial, investment, or legal advice. Review the terms of any plan or trader profile and consider your own circumstances before investing.
Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the limits and review steps described on the relevant page. Withdrawals require identity verification to have been completed.
When you copy a trader or invest in a managed strategy, you're allocating funds toward that strategy's approach. Results depend on the strategy's real performance and are not guaranteed.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, or using the platform for unlawful activity.
Elitetraders is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elitetraders isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@elitetraders.com or via our contact page.
